Life insurance lead intelligence

Your best lead is sitting under five worse ones,
and right now nobody can tell you why.

Lintel scores every lead against what your own carriers and products actually need, ranks the whole list by real expected commission, and hands each agent one lead, one script, one call — instead of a spreadsheet and a guess.

No premiums invented. No approval percentages guessed. Every number on a screen shows where it came from.

How it actually decides

Not a black box. A placement specialist's own checklist, run on every lead, every time.

Carrier match

Gates, then the carrier's own tier

Issue age, face amount, build chart, state — checked first as hard gates, never a deduction. Then the carrier's own placement tier: Level, Graded, GI, or Decline, sourced from the carrier's real application, never a guess.

Pre-call brief

The script written for this exact lead

An opener built from what the lead actually said, the questions to ask first, the objection to expect, and three coverage amounts inside their own stated budget — before the phone rings.

Source & agent intelligence

Which vendor pays, which rep needs help

A source's real return, measured against what its leads were predicted to do at intake. An agent's close rate against the team's own same-grade-of-lead average — not against reps who got easier leads.

Try before you decide

Click through the actual tabs. This is sample data — labelled, synthetic, never a real client.

Pricing

One engine. Three seats. Each one gets exactly what that job needs — nothing withheld to be difficult, only what genuinely isn't that person's problem yet.

Agent
$250/mo
or $2,500 a year · no setup fee
  • ✓ Focus — one ranked lead, one script, one tap to call, four one-click outcomes
  • ✓ Your leads ranked and scored with the reasons, plus a Score ROI card that checks the ranking against your own closed leads
  • ✓ Your book and clients — every sale gets a dated plan: a draft date that beats the deposit, a reminder before each draft, a rescue script the day a draft fails; persistency and chargebacks in plain numbers
  • ✓ AI call assistant — live answers rerun every carrier on your panel, opener and objection prep, and a saved call note per lead (Social Security, card and bank numbers are stripped on save)
  • ✓ Carrier assistance — the carrier and tier for each client, with the carrier's own rule behind it
  • ✓ Upkeep — Book, Upkeep and Visibility scored from your own book, the gaps listed largest first, and the team leaderboard with your rank
  • ✓ Best to worst — your products, carriers and lead sources ranked by sales, AP, commission kept, persistency or close rate
  • ✓ States — your contracted states, where your business is written, your best clients and highest advance per state; leads you cannot write never reach your queue
  • ✓ Seat receipt — a running total of the advance your rescues kept, against the $250, from your own ledger
  • – No team view — you don't manage anyone yet
Leader · most teams start here
$450/mo
or $4,500 a year · 1 agent included, then $100/mo per agent
  • ✓ Everything on Agent, for you and each of your agents
  • ✓ Best agent to worst — and products, carriers and lead sources best to worst, with the best and lowest agent on each
  • ✓ Production — a live leaderboard every agent under you sees, speed to first call and close per agent, each agent's upkeep, your best leads dealt to your best agents inside their contracted states, and your whole downline
  • ✓ Team view — who needs a call today and why: failed drafts still inside grace, follow-ups overdue, a live book gone quiet, persistency under target
  • ✓ Every agent's book side by side — persistency, retention in dollars, chargebacks, on-book commission and money at risk
  • ✓ Performance of the agents you invited and pay for — sold, selling index against the lead grade they were given
  • ✓ Open any agent's book read-only, and copy a coaching note to send them (never a client)
  • ✓ Product playbook — which product and carrier wins for which kind of client
  • ✓ Your own agency code: agents join in one step and get their own sign-in code. Past your included agent, you approve each one at $100/mo
  • – No agency-wide source or carrier economics — that's the owner's view
Admin
$650/mo
or $6,500 a year · 1 Leader + that Leader's agent + 3 more agents included
  • ✓ Everything on Leader, across the whole agency — every lead source, carrier, product and agent
  • ✓ Best agency to worst — and products, carriers and lead sources best to worst by agency. Add an agency by link code (it brings everything it already logged) or set one up in one form
  • ✓ Agencies — every agency, team and agent rolled up (sales, kept commission, persistency, chargebacks, upkeep), reports, regions (West coast, East coast), snapshots from other Lintel agencies, and the best leads dealt to the best agencies
  • ✓ The business on one screen — what you bought, what it returned, what you kept
  • ✓ Lead investment — cost and return by source and vendor, buy / test / suspend, and what to ask a vendor to take back
  • ✓ Chargebacks ranked best to worst by lead source, carrier, product and agent, with the dollars lost at the bottom
  • ✓ Agency data and analytics — data health, the carrier panel, every agent and list, and what rescues kept this month
  • ✓ Assign your 3 agents to yourself or your Leader. Past what is included: $100/mo per agent, $300/mo per extra Leader, only when you approve the seat

Why the price holds: the carrier advances months of commission up front and takes it back if the policy lapses inside the chargeback window. The Seat receipt adds up, from your own ledger, what your logged rescues kept. It only counts a failed draft you recorded and then rescued, never a forecast. Whether it pays for itself is something your own numbers show, and it says so plainly when they don't.

Before you ask

The honest answers, up front.

Do my leads ever leave my browser?

No. Leads are read and scored in your own browser tab. Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else. That's true on every plan, including Admin.

Will it tell my agents an approval percentage?

No carrier publishes one, so Lintel never invents one. It shows the carrier's own placement tier — Level, Graded, GI, Decline — with the exact rule that decided it.

Why can't an Agent see the team dashboard?

Because it isn't their job yet, and a screen full of numbers that don't change what they do next is just noise before a call. An Agent's whole job is the next lead — that's what Focus gives them. Managing people is the Leader plan's job.

What happens when I add more agents than my plan includes?

The new agent enters your agency code and waits on a "your agency is adding your seat" screen. You see them under Plan, and approving adds $100/mo to your subscription on your card on file. They get in the moment the charge goes through. Nobody is billed without your click, and nobody gets in without a paid seat.

How does the affiliate link pay?

Every paying member gets their own link. Anyone who buys through it earns you 10% of every payment they make for their first 12 months, or until they cancel. You see who you brought on and what each has earned in your profile.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from the same place you checked out. There is no setup fee; your plan, monthly or annual, simply stops renewing.
